Campaign
100% to Goal: Your United Way of Pullman Board of Directors set a goal of $135,000 for Campaign 2005-06 which ran officially from mid-September through December 2005 -- with final gifts typically arriving in January and February of the new year. Thanks to the great generosity of many area companies and individuals in recent campaigns, we have high hopes of again reaching our goal, ensuring our member agencies can achieve their goals of service. While charitable giving in some areas of the country has slowed, support for the United Way of Pullman has remained strong, with the campaign goal reached again last year. This year's goal is based on the needs of our 21 member agencies serving Whitman County and also on our very successful campaigns in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004. Many gifts from individuals and companies, plus the Combined Fund Drive at Washington State University and Combined Federal Campaign are needed each year to help us reach 100 percent of our goal that is so important to our community. Please use these links to learn more about the agencies that United Way supports in Pullman, Whitman County and the Palouse region, and about your neighbors on the United Way Board of Directors who are working for a better community for all of us. Nearly all of your contribution to United Way stays on the Palouse. Building a stronger community and ensuring a brighter future is what United Way is all about. Agencies supported by your gifts |
